"Not a big deal, but . . . we were visiting Storyland. I had my glasses in my pocket during a rollercoaster ride and one of the lenses popped out.
I found Conway Eye Care, walked in and they fixed it free of charge in 3-4 minutes. Great service, friendly, helpful, incredibly courteous!"

"I'm traveling this weekend and forgot my contacts back at home. I explained the situation to Conway eye care and they gave me some samples of my brand (which they thankfully had in stock) with a faxed form from my regular eye doctor.
They were super kind over the phone and at the reception desk. Thank you so much!"

"After my awful experience here the owner had contacted me and had shown and proved that she honestly cares her customers. I had explained why I was so upset with the staff and she fixed things almost immediately. She also had gotten my glasses to me as soon as possible and had stayed in contact to make sure everything was perfect, I respect her management greatly and as I said she really does care about her clients."

"I had my eyes examined by Dr. Walker at Memorial Hospital. Unfortunately, Outlook Optical, located within their office suite, did a horrible job in providing me good frames and a good fit. Following repeated attempts, I demanded a refund and went to Conway Eye Care.
WHAT A DIFFERENCE! The optician listened to my concerns and quickly found a perfect pair for me. When the finished glasses arrived, I could not be happier. I strongly recommend Conway Eye Care for your glasses."
